Louis IV would certainly have agreed with Cunningham's statement. Of course, he had reason to be so confident modeling the latest clothes, but you still have to love his "Aren't I the utmost?" smirk.

Funny that then, clothing for portraits was designed to make the subject look rich, now when I paint a portrait, people just want to look thin.
