How They Decorated in CA.

The first few days of October took me out to the West Coast—speaking at the Virginia Robinson Gardens and a book signing there, and then off to Montecito to a book signing and a visit with a wonderful fellow blogger friend for years Penelope Bianchi. It was a great week to meet, to catch up with, and to talk about how they decorated.

  4. Such a glorious day, a wonderful lecture and luncheon...too see you sparkle was so beautiful! Hope you continue onwards with another book, we need your view on Interiors and Gardens...it’s not easy but it’s rewarding to so many whom you may never meet but relish your scholarly prose. 6. Wonderful too see you dearest Penny of America, gee...20 years ago have flown by since we met, and yet here we were again, in a beautiful home, in a pavilion, sitting together watching Gaye give a rousing lecture to an enraptured sold out audience...this was such a WHO WOULD'VE KNOWN moment. Your compliment is just another reflection of your True Beauty, a realness not seen much of late...sprinkled with a Style of Easy California Elegance only known to those Native to our beautiful and wonderous California.
