How odd: my friends and I were just talking about this movie, Tuesday! My one friend talked about how scary he thought the movie was, lol. I just love this movie though!
Bette & Joan's personas were perfect for these roles (Bette's especially); it remains one of my favourite movies of all time & never tire of seeing it whenever I happen to catch it on the tele. It's a psychological drama.
There was a book written about the rivalry between the two actresses, "Bette & Joan: The Divine Feud" (1989) by Shaun Considine, and the movie, with all its antics, was featured heavily in it. Highly recommend it.
that scaares me!
