  1. Love it.

Love the contradiction between the formality of the uniforms and
the casual attitude of their poses.

  2. Its glorious but I am not ready for those boys to be immortalized, growing up looking at them, it's hard to fathom they became men and princes of the real order those two sweet baby boys...

  3. If only Diana could see them now...
    She would be so proud.

  4. I like it very much. Not so much a portrait as a conversation piece. Terrific work, I think.

  5. I can just imagine the number of images, perhaps not painted-they have seen of themselves over the years. Are they already numb to it? I love the fact that they are together in this. They appear in reality to be great guys-likely not to care too much. How many more like this to come? I do like the fact that they are casually posed, though some of the comments in the Times complained of the uniform- it seems fitting, they have served and admirably. Handsome-Money on Harry personally.

  7. I agree with all and chuckled with anon's comments. I do think Diana's family DNA did add such much needed breath of vitality. And yes, the eye conversation between them is heart touching.

  8. Gotta say, I love it. Inspired idea to have them both together. There is an old-fashioned quality to the style, but having the two of them in the painting like this makes it modern. Wonderful. And thank the Lord for Diana's marvelous genes.
