Who cares that that Italian fraud copied him......no one believed the Italian fake!
I have a whole tale about going to Nancy Lancaster's house for lunch.....with the new owners.........thanks to Sotheby's really thanks to Jessica. and the ducks came into the house (wild mallards) I have emulated that....mine......came up the stairs to the terrace....not yet into the house!!!

the real requirement........for being a decorator.....(some call the same exact job: interior designer)........is the passion for it.....Serious passion....dont have it? don't go there! That i the truth! If you can come home......and see dying plants.......and lackluster furniture.....and curtains that are not great. And you can live there and it is OK??
Wrong profession! Pick another one! It takes passion!

find your passion! And that is your job. Find your passion.......and then work toward it. If you are indifferent in your job;
......quit it. and then find something you are really enthusiastic about!
The pictures of NL-in the garden with her dogs is one of my favorites I have encountered of her.
PB I loved that article for the Daily Mail! and your stories about Nancy are fantastic. It takes passion for decorating and patience! I would love to be more like Nancy and decorate for myself to my heart's desire to brilliant effect! Gaye
