The Jordan House was awarded with a 2012 Anthemion Award from Capital Area Preservation for “outstanding dedication and commitment to excellence in historic preservation.”

  1. I applaud Holy Tinity Church for breathing life back into this historic home and making it the jewel of the city centre. Nothing saddens me more than seeing a building with architectural significance in a derelict state or in the process of demolition. When I see granite buildings disappear here in Aberdeen, it's shocking. Great article Gaye.
