& there is nothing like tartan for the holidays, I can just see Carolina Herrera in this, She has great style-a long skirt and tailored shirt can not be beat in the evening.
I would duel, murder, and maim for that skirt. But I really prefer it with that black tall-neck skinny-torso turtleneck [the top must be played tight/close so it won't pick a fight with the visual mass below], sleeves pushed up to 4/5 length.
Is that THE Phyllis Newman in line ahead of me? I love that woman.
Just makes Philip Johnson's warning about Frank Lloyd Wright's cinderblock walls all the more poignant. People who live in glass houses give prettier parties!
I just found out I have a party to attend after Christmas. What I wouldn't do for that skirt! Just gorgeous!
