Well, I want the shoes, of course; but you knew that. As for the Parker citation, I agree with the whole happy-spirited remark of Parnassus (have to, we've named a hill in SF on that account) except for the bit about irony; given that V Day is already so steeped in it, she might be its likeliest navigatrix. But it's the damned illustration which smooths all feathers - an awesomely exact selection. I suppose you cut these things out and float them in your bath, teasing them about with bubbles to see how they behave. That's a sizeable tub you've got there; happy valentine's day!
