ReplyDeleteI love lavender.
Funny thing is, we had a coupon for a free quart of paint this past Saturday and we ended up with a quart of lavender. I am going to paint the picnic table with it.
I do Love it.
DeleteLove this post! Your selection of imagery is gifted! Loved seeing Georgioni as himself? I can just imagine his personality...good one!
ReplyDeleteThank you much! The colours are glorious and the artists I picked are some of my personal favorites. pgt
DeleteSo many gorgeous images Gaye.
ReplyDeleteI am currently painting a drop-leaf desk in a combination of Old Violet, Paris Gray, with touches of gold leaf. It is slowly but surely turning out beautifully!

Thanks Karena, I would love to see the desk and I love "Old Violet" and "Paris Gray" colors. pgt
DeleteWhat a magical post today, Gaye. It seemed to suit my melancholy mood; trapped somewhere between Winter and Spring. Truly intoxicating textures!
ReplyDeleteMichele, I feel the same way- these colors have a way of melting melancholy--- and blending the edges-or perhaps blurring them to perfection. pgt
